Adam Thompson is Stamford International University’s Assistant President for Academic Affairs & the Dean of the faculty of Business and Technology. He has lead the university to become the first in the region to acquire IACBE accreditation, developed innovative bi-lingual programs, and deep industry connections across all university programs. He has a BA in History, an MBA from Webster University, and is nearing completion of a PhD in Knowledge Management from College of Management Mahidol University. Prior to becoming an academic he spent 7 years in U.S. Navy. He is also an active entrepreneur, notably founding Varavela Bangkok's premier wedding hall.
